Sam, I just wanted to write you a note to thank you from the bottom of my heart for getting me in contact with DMS in New Hampshire. Lindsey Smith knows how to put on a training! I was able to bring my IT specialist with me (Lee, my husband) to the training. Not only did we receive one on one attention, but we received quality information. His knowledge of the Digitech Software and the scanners makes it all look so easy! I came away from his training feeling empowered to change my part of the world. To help my customers purchase the right product for their company and use it as part of their everyday business. He allowed me to see his service bureau in action. Since I am a visual person, it was really important to my training to get to “See” that first hand. I remember the day you gave me Susan’s phone number and told me to call her because she “would never steer me wrong” in my purchase of scanners and you are right! I hope my business will grow to needing to work directly with DSI for my software needs, but I plan to keep DMI as my scanner provider.
